Return of Investment - Efficieny of Investitments (also: amortization)
The success of campaigns is determined - meaning turnover or pre-defined cash value actions. The total turnover is put in relation to the total costs of the campaign. The ROI of more than 100 % means, that the campaign has been efficient.
Example: The campaign totally costs 5,000,- Euro and lead to a turnover of 25,000,- Euro. The ROI therefore is 500 %
